Complete the online application
The first and most important step in the study abroad process is completing and submitting the online application form. It provides essential information that is required by all universities, colleges and English schools. Therefore it is important to complete the online application form fully and accurately.
Send all required documents
Submitting the full documents is another essential requirement as part of the study abroad process. All international universities expect students to provide all the academic and non-academic documents to match the study level they are applying for. Missing documents or unclear documents will cause major delay in the admissions process.
University admission application
The third and most critical step in the study abroad process is the university admission application processing. Once we receive your full documents, our expert education consultants will prepare your study plan, select most suitable universities for you, then submit the applications to those universities, follow-up with our contact point at each university until your offer of acceptance is received.
Receive your university acceptance
Our education consultants will send you your offer of acceptance as soon as they receive it from the universities or English schools. It is recommended that your check your university acceptance and make sure all the information on it is correct and matches your expectations.
Tuition fees deposit
Students must make a deposit payment to confirm their university acceptance and for the university to guarantee their seat at the university. The tuition deposit ranges from 20% to 40% depending on the university. Sponsored students do not need to pay deposit but must submit the sponsor financial guarantee.
Receive your pre-visa letter
All embassies, be it US embassy, Canadian Embassy, UK embassy or Australian Embassy require the pre-visa letter as part of the study visa application. Our visa specialists will prepare your pre-visa letter (i20 for USA visa, CAS for UK visa, CoE for Australian visa) and will send it to you to include on your study visa application.
Study Visa processing
Most international students who wish to study abroad need to apply for and receive a study visa. The visa application is complex and must be done correctly, therefore it is recommended to have an expert to complete the visa application, make visa consulate appointment and review the study visa documents.
This is the final and most exciting step within the study abroad process which takes place on the first day of arriving to the university.
