Supporting Documents

Postgraduate Taught (MA, MSc, LLM, and Diploma)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Postgraduate Research (MPhil, PhD, MD and DBA)

Postgraduate Taught (MA, MSc, LLM, and Diploma)

You need to enclose the following Supporting Documents with your completed application form.

1. Transcript of first degree, in a relevant subject, required grades depend on course and quality of institution. Make sure that you have it translated into English.

2. English language test certificate. Institutions set their own English language requirements for all courses and requirements vary. The most widely accepted English language tests are IELTS and TOEFL.

3. Two recommendation letters. Approach two referees and ask each one to write a full reference on official letterhead paper about your personal qualities, work and career to date. You need two references for each university you want to apply to.

Important Note: If you send your application on-line or via email, it is important that you immediately post to us ALL of the above mentioned supporting documents.

If you post your application to us, please post ALL supporting documents jointly with your completed application forms.

Delays caused by having to seek any missing documents from you might adversely delay and prejudice your application. If your degree and/or English Language verification are to be obtained, any offer made to you by any of our Partner Universities will be conditional.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

You need to enclose the following Supporting Documents with your completed application form.

1. A Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume. It should include details on education, work experience. Please click here to see how to build a perfect resume.

2. Transcript of first degree, in a relevant subject, required grades depend on course and quality of institution. Make sure that you have your certificate translated into English.

3. English language test certificate. Institutions set their own English language requirements for all courses and requirements vary. The most widely accepted English language tests are IELTS and TOEFL.

4. Proof of work experience. Apporach your mananger at your company and ask him/her to write a full reference using the official letterhead paper of you company. The reference should include how long you have been working for them, your job description, position and responsibilities. Business Schools in the UK, and certainly the top ones, will require at least two years' work experience.

5. Two recommendation letters. Approach two referees and ask each one to write a full reference on official letterhead paper about your personal qualities, academic qualities, work and career to date. One of the references should be from a previous employer (see work experience, above), while the second one should be an academic reference. You need two references for each university you want to apply to.

4. Transcript of masters degree. A masters degree is NOT required for MPhil applicants and certain PhD Programmes in Science and Engineering. Please make sure that you have your certificate translated into English.
