Guidelines for Application Deadlines

There is no specific deadline for applying to all postgraduate courses. You can apply to postgraduate courses at any of our Partner UK Universities and Colleges at any time between 1 September 2001 and September 2002 for entry in the year 2002. Certain course such as Dentistry will have an earlier deadline and most applicants are advised to apply by June 2002.

However, most applicants apply well before 30 June and, if you want to increase your chances of getting a place on your chosen postgraduate course, you should not wait until then to apply. Universities cannot guarantee that applications for places on popular courses will be considered if you apply after June 2002. You should check with us if you are not sure.

If you apply early, this will give you enough time to make immigration, travel and accommodation arrangements. These arrangements may take a lot of time, particularly during the summer when immigration departments are extremely busy. So give yourself the best chance and apply as early as possible.
