Organisation-Based Customised Academic Programmes

These programmes lead to the award of an Advanced Diploma or MA in either Institutional Development or Corporate Development. Study at our Partner Institute (IDPM) is required (usually for three months) followed by supervised work-based learning on the job (usually for nine months). Each 'syllabus' for a client organisation is derived directly from the job and from organisational requirements. These programmes are typically arranged for a cohort of staff from the same organisation or from similar organisations in the same country/region.
