English
These courses are designed for people who need to
use English in the workplace. They develop and improve
your English language and business skills through
activities such as presentations, meetings and negotiations.
There are courses for all levels. See below the

English
for Engineers
These courses prepare you for work in the engineering
sector or for engineering studies at university
in an English speaking country. You develop your
general English language skills and build up specialised
vocabulary.
IT
These courses are for people who use computers in
an international working environment. You are taught
how to use computer software that is in English
as well as improving your general English language
skills.
Travel
and Tourism
These courses are for people who work or hope to
work in the travel and tourism industry. As well
as being taught general English language skills,
you study particular aspects of the travel and tourism
industry.
Diploma
Courses
A diploma course is a long course - usually around
6-12 months in length. You receive a diploma at
the end of the course which will say what you did
during the course and how well you performed. Diploma
courses can be for students of all different levels,
but you undergo a much more in-depth training.
Diploma in English and Communication
Skills
The diploma course improves your general English
and business communication skills through presentations,
telephoning and meetings. For pre-intermediate students.
Diploma in English and Science
Technology
You improve your general English and information
technology skills by studying the following topics:-
mathematics, physics, chemistry, technology, vocabulary
and terminology. This course is useful for students
applying for a science-related university foundation
programme. For pre-intermediate students.
Diploma in English and Medical
Science
This is pre-foundation year which gives you general
English language skills plus specific medical terminology.
It is suitable for students who are going on to
study medicine at university. For pre-intermediate
to intermediate students.
Diploma in Management and Business
Administration
This course prepares you for work in general management
by developing general business and English language
skills. Topics like market research, product design
and logistics are covered. For intermediate students.
Diploma in Finance and Financial
Services
To prepare you for work in the financial sector
by developing your business and English language
skills. Specialised topics include cash-flow forecasting
and ratio analysis.
Diploma in Travel/Tourism and
Hospitality Management
This course prepares you for work in the travel
and tourism industry by developing your business
and English language skills. Specialised topics
include tourism development and corporate hospitality.
There are city tours and also visits to popular

Technology
To prepare you for work in the computer industry

and Commercial Law
The diploma course prepares you for work in law

Certificate
Courses
A certificate course is a short course - usually
around four weeks long. You receive a certificate
at the end of the course which will say what you
did during the course and how well you performed.
