Please
state your country of permanent residence and give details of who you
expect to pay your fees for the proposed course.

The order
in which you list the courses to which you wish to be accepted will be
assumed to be an order of preference.

4 Examinations
Enter the exact subject name used by the examining body and the name of
the examining body in full. Applicants with qualifications obtained outside
the UK should give details of all examinations taken as preparation for
entry to higher education (e.g. School and Higher School Certificate,
Apolytirion, Baccalaureat).
Applicants
with qualifications obtained in a language other than English must provide
a certified English transcript.

6 Work Experience
Please indicate all your work experience and training, paid or unpaid,
full- or part-time. This information will be used by admissions staff
in assessing the information provided in Section 7

Enter
here any information you may wish to offer in support of your enquiry.
Admissions Tutors will be interested in your reasons for choosing the
course(s), your career aspirations and relevant experience.
Information
concerning your intellectual, social, sporting or other interests should
also be included. You should give details here of any non-examined subjects
which you are studying. If you have been out of education for some time
please outline any relevant experience that may be taken into account
in lieu of formal qualifications. It may be also helpful if you explain
any breaks in your career.
